Are you going crazy, is it all in your head? Your chest is pounding, you can't catch your breath, heavy sweat forming on your brow and palms...your sense of hearing and sight is diminishing, fearing you'll pass out, or worse, die. You just can't seem to regain control of your thoughts or body. No, you're not crazy--these are real physical side effects referred to as anxiety panic attack symptoms. You are not alone, thousands of people suffer from panic attacks everyday.
Nearly every human being at one time or another, has experienced some or more of these anxiety panic attack symptoms. The only difference is some may experience one in their life while others have several attacks a day. Personally, I experienced feelings of overwhelm and anxiety back in college, when I had to do presentations in front of my classmates, participate in small group discussions and at one point, failed speech class due to my unattendance. Always the same, my heart would pound in my chest, I'd start to sweat, my voice would tremble and then I'd get dizzy, fearing I would pass out. Like I said you're not alone, even though you may feel like you are.
Next time, I'll discuss why many victims continue to have panic attacks. But in the mean time, click here and realize the basis for these anxiety panic attack symptoms and start living anxiety-free.
